What every quote is checked for
Findings are guidance with evidence, never a verdict. You decide; we show you where to look and what to ask.
- Every line, subtotal and total added up again, in whole cents.
- VAT, GST or sales tax at the rate the quote states, and whether prices include it.
- Deposit size and the payment schedule, so you never pay too much upfront.
- Several quotes for one job side by side: what is dearer, cheaper or missing.
- Vague scope, provisional sums, exclusions and the labour versus materials split.
- When the quote expires, and how long the warranty really is.
- Whether licence, registration and insurance details are shown.
- Changed bank details, look-alike sender addresses and pressure to pay fast.
- The same quote sent twice, and anything the reader could not make out.
- Your own list of what every supplier must quote for, checked on each quote.
- Something misread? Correct the figure for free and every check runs again.
- Reports with a report ID, a plain summary, every check's status and its limits.
Simple pricing with the credits you already own
25 credits per quote
25 ECOSOFT credits equal $0.25 at the official rate, excluding bonus credits, which lower the cost further. Every 5 pages count as one quote: 1 to 5 pages cost 25 credits, 6 to 10 pages cost 50 credits, and so on. Quotes that cannot be read are never charged.
Comparing quotes is always free. You only pay for new quotes.
